ℹ️ Availability:
The Pleasure Package is available exclusively for direct bookings via our website,
during selected seasonal periods and for stays of at least 4 nights.
Whether it’s available for your holiday will be clearly shown when you enter your travel dates in our online booking tool.
⚠️ Important note:
Unused credit expires on departure and is valid per room (it cannot be transferred to another room or another person).
📜 To avoid any misunderstandings... here are the official terms of the "Pleasure Package Reschnerhof" as per our general terms & conditions:
- The pleasure package is an optional add-on available exclusively for direct bookings via our website. It is only bookable during selected periods and for a minimum stay of 4 nights. Availability is shown when entering travel dates in the online booking form. The package cannot be booked on-site.
- The pleasure package includes a fixed daily credit amount, which can be used flexibly throughout the stay for food and beverage consumption at Hotel Reschnerhof. The credit amount and package price are specified in the booking offer.
- The credit is personal and valid only for the guest who booked and any accompanying children included in the same reservation. It is non-transferable to other guests or rooms. If consumption by other persons is charged to the room of the pleasure package guest (e.g. during a joint meal), it may be deducted from the available credit.
- The credit may be used flexibly throughout the stay and is not tied to specific days. Unused credit expires upon departure. No refund, whether partial or full, will be granted for unused amounts.
- All services covered by the pleasure package must be charged to the guest’s room. Direct payment (e.g. in cash or by card) is not possible for services covered by the package.
- In case of full or partial cancellation of the stay, the pleasure package will be treated as an integral part of the booked arrangement and will be charged in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy. This also applies in case of late arrival or no-show. The package cannot be cancelled separately.
