Welcome! We are delighted to have you as our guest. To make your check-in as relaxed as possible, we just need a few details from you for the official registration form. Please note that we no longer have a physical reception desk—however, the formalities only take about two minutes.
Please complete this at least one day before your arrival if possible! This allows us to get your key card ready and waiting for you in our key box at the main entrance (you will receive the access code from us). This way, you are completely flexible regarding your arrival time, making the start of the holiday more relaxed for everyone.
What you should have ready:
ID of the primary guest (the person who made the booking).
Names and dates of birth of your fellow travelers.

What happens after you submit:
If you are already on-site: Your access data (Keybox & PIN) will be displayed immediately on your smartphone. Please take a screenshot. We will also send you a confirmation email right away (please check your spam folder if necessary). If you experience any issues, please check your internet connection or use our guest Wi-Fi (Password: reschen1).
Please note: Our Wi-Fi signal outside is only available near the windows, on the terrace, and by the large parking lot. It is much better to complete the pre-check-in from home before you leave!
If you are checking in in advance: We will register your data and send your access details to you via email or WhatsApp in a timely manner (usually one day before arrival).

📸 Take a screenshot: Please save a photo or screenshot of the code just to be safe!

🚪 Main entrance: Use your key card on the sensor to the right to open the hotel door.

🚴♂️ Bike depot with E-bike charging station: Your card also opens the glass door in the right-hand corner by the large parking lot. (Please do not take batteries to your room—they prefer to "sleep" in the bike depot! 😄).
